Antonio d'Albero

I am a professional basketball coach with international experience as Head Coach across Italy, Denmark, the United States, Luxembourg, Sweden, Iceland, and Aruba, and I have also worked with the national teams of North Macedonia, Jamaica, and Aruba, participating in official FIBA Europe and FIBA Americas competitions. These roles—spanning professional clubs and national programs—have shaped a global coaching perspective and a high-level tactical adaptability.

My career includes coaching in professional environments, collaborating with top-level clubs, and completing internships with WNBA and EuroLeague organizations, experiences that strengthened my modern, structured, and performance-driven approach to player and team development.

I specialize in player development and in designing highly effective training systems. I have coached both men’s and women’s teams, contributed to national team programs, and participated in international combines, clinics, and coaching education projects. Each experience abroad has enhanced my ability to build team identity, elevate player potential, and create competitive, professional training environments.
I believe in basketball built on method, discipline, and attention to detail. Every practice is an opportunity to grow, every player is a long-term project, and every team is a system that must be built with vision and consistency.

My goal is to bring value wherever I work: raising technical standards, improving work culture, and creating environments where athletes and staff can express the best version of themselves.
