The Gordon Tech Rams ended their regular season on a positive note by defeating the Wolfpack of St Ignatius 36-30 on Friday night. Once again, the Rams showed why they are one of the finest defensive teams in the Catholic League by holding Ignatius to only 30 total points.
The Rams have momentum heading into the IHSA state playoffs. They have won four out of their last five contests. They will have an entire week to prepare for their opening IHSA Regional contest on Tuesday, February 26th. The Rams will travel to Senn High School to take on the winner of the Elmwood Park - Senn High School contest that will take place on Monday.
