The new import player of the C.D. Univ. Austral (Liga Femenina) is Florencia Palacios (183-85). Palacios is an international player borned in Argentina with double passport Argentina/Italian. She started to play in Argentina after many experiences in her born nation she got many championship in Europe in Italy, Spain, Denmark and in the United States and South America. Last season Palacios was one of the top player in Chile playing for the Los Leones de Quilpue. The Austral of Valdivia this season will represent Chile in the international tournament of the Liga de Las Americas, the competition that will be played in Ecuador represent also for Palacios one more international experience to add in her important resume.
