Florencia Palacios (ex La Union) signs at Scrivia
Castelnuovo Scrivia (Serie A2) landed 30-year old former Argentinian international swingman Florencia Palacios (183-85, agency: SPORTlab Agency). She has a double citizenship as she also holds Italian passport. Palacios played in the summer at La Union in Argentinian Superleague. In 8 games she averaged 10.4ppg and 4.5rpg. The last season she played at Sparta (Total League) in Luxembourg. In 8 games she had 11.9ppg, 5.8rpg and 2.8apg.
The previous (13-14) season Palacios played at C.D. Univ. Austral (Liga Femenina) in Chilean league. In 6 games she had very impressive stats: 30.8ppg, 7.5rpg and 2.2apg in 2013-14 season. Her team won Chilean Liga Femenina North Group Regular Season in 2013. Palacios also represented Argentina at the South American Club Championship last year.
